Yet another option; buy a used board. This is where I buy almost all of my gear from, and a quick search found an MSI 939 board for $25 shipped:

Ohh, and Infamous, those lowball offers were for the whole rig. If a Lair regular needs my help, I can make it happen for cheap. If some local yokel wants an entire PC for peanuts, it ain't happenin'.
