          Take a look at the Sumo diet. Eat larget amounts of carbs and then sleep.

            currently at +2,000 calories a day.

            Today
            Mufalleta for breakfast, 800 calorie shake,
            workout at lunch, 800 calorie shake, another Mufalleta for late snack. Have sausage and veggies heating up now that i'm home.
            And possibly an adult beverage after i referee some soccer matches.

                      Yea, you need to bump it up a bit.Get hold of some MRE's they run over 3000 a pop. Ate my share of those.

                      Another thing would be marshmellows and beer.

                              I've managed to get to 145 by eating ALL DAY..
                              Still have my bulk, and six pack...
                              Still working out 5 days a week, or six.

                              Just a pain to constantly be eating food...
                              Before all this, i'd eat a bucket of chicken and all good.
                              Now, I'm relegated to shakes and tidbits of food, I just can't eat the volume I used to injest with impunity

                              A little bit here, there, there, there, there, there, done.
                              I suppose that is the NEW thing proposed, is to eat less but more meals, and it is my modus operendi, it just is a pain.
