I am guessing you want to keep the food healthy?
Fat of course has the most calories. Then meats.
Go with something like a salmon to keep the proteins up and the good quality salmon has close to the same fat as a good burger. I get more flare ups on my grill from salmon then I do from beef.
Continuous grazing always put weight on me when I was in restaurants.

What are your total calories a day? If you are working out and want to increase in mass, your calories should be in the 3000 easy.

Im not a fan of powders. Just eat high protein healthy natural foods.

What is your training routine? Are you followed by a trainer? Its not all about weights. If you want to increase size and not just muscle mass, you need fat. Aim for natural healthy fats, not trans and limited saturated

Hey, look into what Henry Cavill is eating to bulk up for Superman. He's downing 5,000 calories a day right now.

a word about salmon. if you are going to eat unprocessed salmon, make it wild pacific salmon. farm raised salmon is not healthy, do to the conditions that they are raised in. there are no wild salmon caught and marketed from the atlantic. if the label says atlantic salmon, it's farm raised.

Very true... though some farm raised Norweigan salmon is raised in pens though in the ocean.

I caught the local supermarket labeling Atlantic Salmon from Chile

Maybe try working out three days a week instead of 5-6...let the stuff rebuild a little.

Seriously. Eat bacon. Animal fats are one of the healthiest fasts for you, and you can actually digest them properly unlike these disgusting "vegetable" oils that are horribly unnatural. When your grandma was keeping that pot of bacon grease up on the window sill to cook with, she knew what she was doing.
