Wow making pistol ammo is way easier than making rifle ammo

I've found I can really crank out the straight walled S&W .40 rounds. I think I did 500 rounds in two hours. As an added bonus I get 900 rounds out of a pound of gunpowder instead of 200 .308 rounds.

Yep the case prep is 1/2 the battle. I have been thinking about getting a handgun to slip into my range bag to add to my plinking activities.

So since you mentioned this. What type of reloading equipment do you like best or have you used? I have thought about reloading but never started buying the equipment since I'm pretty ignorant on what to get.

500 rounds? I don't know what you're going to do, mapes, but count me in!

            Lol. Mr. Gung-ho.

It's good to know that if I ever need to do something improper I'll never have far to look to find help.

Well from your comment in the other thread about buses if I have to do a drive by I know who call now.

Seriously though. I have a progressive press. Once it's setup I might as well churn through all my brass.

This is the press my father has and it is a well made machine. At some point I would like to get one myself but I have too much elses on my plate theses days.

That's pretty good, so how are these things standing up to wear and tear?
