      While I feel all classes are beneficial to team play, spy and sniper are two classes that are lone operators. they can be efficient and dont require any team interactions, which is probably why they are popular classes.

      I admit, I am liking the spy, even though I suck. When I get pissed off enough at enemy spies sapping my stuff with no help from pyros, I'll go spy and do the same to their engies
      [this is where my funky sig would go. But I don't have one.
      So all you get is this crappy text]

        If I get annoyed at the spies, I go Pyro and make spy candles.

          Oh Yeah, when we are low on Fire, i'll go pyro and have some roasted Spies to keep my toes warm.

          Seriously, i have a total of 4 kills with spy i think.
          Pitiful. I didn't even know you had to decloak to stab anyone.

              Key is knowing where to hide, but not do it twice in a row. If you backstab, you need to know that there are no other enemies nearby. Hide by a doorway, when a guy runs by, peek around the door he came thru, then tail him and stab away.

              Spy is a real challenge to play correctly. A very good one breaks a defensive stalemate and causes mass confusion. It takes serious patience, but I just can't devote 3+ minutes to just watching enemies stroll by before planning my move.

              The guys that can wait that 3+ minutes are the ones that are amazing to watch.
              haha well i HATE waiting, i find targets and i tail but i never stay trying to figure out what to do. the longest time i hide would probably be 30 seconds and thats to have other people run trying to find me XD.

              then again everyone plays spy differently, its just whats your favorite flavor of tea
