    Jerks spamming loud music, noise etc.

    1) Remember folks any player can mute any other player.

    2) It is helpful when you type into the console" Juneau, please stop spamming that loud noise" and "Can an Admin please kick juneau on our team? He is constantly spamming loud music and noise".... If an admin is not in game it is helpful later when we are reading over the chat logs to see we had an asshat...
