I was having some fun with that pick axe last night. I nailed 6 guys in a row at one point coming up behind them. Only problem was I didn't get that achivement for 3 in a row without healing. I must have accidently walked by something or maybe got healed before starting the run.
I even outran a sniper who just pegged me down to about 5 health to jab it through his head while he switched to kukri to wait for me. The speed boost when hurting is pretty cool.
