I've seen it a few times but can't figure it out. I think Ogah did it the other day and was owning everyone!

haha probably not. It's not a good spot if the opposing team has a sniper. Usually you can hop on the lower portion of the cart and kind of jump + crouch your way on top. You can also use static portions of the map (aka hills and what not) to do the same. -
I'm still trying to figure out the Engy 'boost' to get you on top of the containers or higher areas ! I'm sure its another crouch thing, but I always forget to crouch when I build my Dispenser to get on it.
Whenever I see an Engy building using that strategy, I am very glad he's on my team, as he knows what he is doing.
Side note: The new TF2 players won't recall this, but before the Spy was nerfed, you could sap an Engy's gear from below it. If he was on a 2nd floor, you could go under it on the 1st floor, jump up and attach a sapper.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry ChapinComment
