This is true. I let my two and a half year old nephew take control of my mouse for 2 minutes of gameplay in COD MW2 and he got a double headshot in one bullet after three clicks. Got me the achievement too. I've been trying for it for like 4 days and nada. I was beaten by a two and a half year old.
