It has been cartooned to a large degree, but it still has the Red Alert feel to it. I doubt it'll be up for game of the year, but it is a fun game. Don't expect it to be better than RA2 and you won't be disappointed.

I can't remember if I finished the SP, but the graphics, physics, and units in the skirmishes were awesome, for a game a couple of years old, or would be even now, compare to any RTS's.
