Hmm I haven't' picked up any of expansions for this game but this trailer has my attention.

This isn't an expansion, but a new game (which the article mentions ). I hope it's as good as Fallout 3, and that they have more radio stations and that awesome music styling. They needed a lot more of the music in Fallout 3.

LOL I didn't read the article so I missed that it is a new game. Today I heard some music in the SGF airport that reminded me of Fallout 3 so it's kind of strange that I ran across this trailer today and I will probably be getting this game for the new music alone.

After reading the article I decided to paste it here.

Although Bethesda is publishing the game, Fallout: New Vegas is actually being developed by Obsidian Entertainment. Shacknews pointed out last year that the Obsidian team includes veterans from Black Isle Studios, the developers of the original Fallout series, so the franchise would appear to be in good hands.

The new title purportedly takes "all the action, humor, and post-apocalyptic grime and grit of this legendary series, and raises the stakes." Bethesda told the Shack that New Vegas won't be a sequel to Fallout 3, but another Fallout game set in the same universe.

Stop reading and go finish Fallout 3 already. Then get Broken Steel (at minimum) and play through that DLC.

I have yet to try the DLC. Maybe I'll pick it up for the next time I'm stuck with a slow connection.

Sounds like that might be a few months, maybe a year and them some.

Fallout 3's ending sucked IMO, but the game was fantastic.
