These games look freakin awesome.
I also had some time with the new Street Fighter the last few weeks, sharing a building with Capcom has certain advantages

All of those look pretty cool but i dont think i will be buying damnation.

Prototype - serious capabilities for sick multiplayer(running up buildings ftw!)
Overlord 2 - Who didnt love #1?
Wolfenstein - Looks promising, but i'll wait a few weeks before buying make shure it isnt a bust.
Call of Juarez - Guns remake lame....
Damnation - Looks lame

Need For Speed Shift
Call of Duty Modern War 2
Uncharted 2 <-- Uncharted was a pleasant bargain bin surprise that I played the hell out of on the PS3
Batman Arkham Asylum

I think Bioshock 2 will slip, so I'm most looking forward to Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Dragon Age. The footage from the next Final Fantasy game looks uber-awesome, but that's also next year.
