I'ld say add it, but make it so only an admin, or respected players can start it, so people dont kick regulars that dont realy break rules.

i remember on one server that i used to play on cod4, all of the members of the server's clan were given "points" and could use them to initiate kick votes, map votes, and gametype change votes. if i remember correctly it was that each member was given 10 points a day, a kick vote cost 6, a map vote 4 and a gametype vote 3. I wonder if a modified version of this kind of system would be good, where each {CLR} gets maybe 2 vote kick initiations a day, and 1 map vote one.

You're not special because you wear {CLR}, other than maybe that you get watched closer. This is about a community of people and getting people to come because they like the server. Cain's has never been about getting rewarded for being a member, it's about making it fun for all.

That being said, I love the reflected damage mod. You blast a guy with your MG, you're gone. It makes people a bit more discriminate with their random firing, and it keeps the game moving. You have a MG set up, no one can take it out, then all of a sudden his buddy runs in front by accident and bang, the MG is gone. The game moves ahead in new directions.
