I use this map infrequently and always notice a huge improvement when I use it before jumping in the server.
It offers many different types of testing you can do yourself such as X and Y axis fast aiming, quick targeting, reaction time, etc.
It also has many different options as to the size of the target, it's color, where the target will show up and multiple distances for you to practice at.

- Start CSGO
- open the console using ~ (enable in options if you haven't).
- type "map training_aim_csgo" and hit enter.
- You may spawn underneath the world so make sure to turn on sv_cheats 1 (for unlimited ammo and so the map works correctly) and then type "noclip" to fly above. type noclip again to turn it off.
This map works best if you use it for 15-30 minutes before gaming.
