You will find that in any game. I don't think it's more unrealistic than COD, where you can regenerate health, run full speed while being shot, get shot a few times in chest but then one hit kill with the knife from the front, etc.

what happens if you winged the guy in the arms or legs. Still would be alive. Of course they wouldn't be shooting back at you at that point. But If your up to it make a better hit reg which has arms and legs being hit having an effect.
