Bans usually don't carry over unless they're renowned hackers. Eg, Myg0t, 1sk etc which are ban on sight.

It's more like cyber vandalism, where instead of being a destructive douchebag running around spray painting random initials all over the place they are hacking a game and making it an ugly experience.
