I read somewhere that if u throw a nade at ur teamate then switch teams u get a kill i tryed it 1 time and it worked. I think its lame so i wont do it again but i was wondering if it really is like a hack or something.

I think it's an asshat situation, but I dunno the official ruling. I know I reported someone for it not too long ago, dunno what happened.
It's a cheap way to get kills, and it's kind of cheating the system for teamkills. Also doing this constantly is just annoying and people who do it constantly seem to have a certain mindset when doing it, which I'm certain is not a positive, friendly gameplay mindset.
EDIT - and looky there, right after I post the official ruling comes in
