set Xfire to record at 25fps, and record half-size.. it'll help alot.

All of my videos looked just like 1280x1024 with everything at full before I render them down so they can fit onto video hosting websites. They generally are about 2.5-5gb in size for about 5-6 minuets worth of video and audio @ 125fps max. Yea, that's with fraps.
