3 Of the New Maps Are Awsome

I like the new maps as they are a refreshing change. It will take me a while too learn them.

I REALLY like broadcast, and chinatown. Creek is OK but I think it will take some practice to learn it.

The maps seem alright...the only problem is by the time I play them after work there are only about nine people playing, in which case they are too big. We all did a knife fight last night because of it...and that was a blast...but otherwise...it's pretty quiet...takes a while to even see enemy.

i dont like Creek
One side of the map always wins, cant remember which one.
The other thing is its all open space other than that one cave, makes things really hard for a CQC player, especially if there is even a camper in the cave.

Broadcast is cool and chinatown is the best. Well, chinatown kinda brings a whole new atmosphere to the game, it gets the boredom off from the middle eastern settings

I love creek but i like to go stealthy or sniper so it suits me perfectly

If your not playing spetnaz on creek and you manage to get an airstrike you need to drop it on top of the sniper house on the spetnaz side. There's usually about 3 guys up there roosting.

Here's a few hints for Broadcast: Never get stuck outside, and do not go through the middle cubicle area unless you're crawling and have anti-UAV. Also, toss a stun/flash/frag around most corners. Last: the first person to aim down the hall and fire wins a gunfight, a bunch of you have figured that out the hard way because of my nade launcher.

Don't know about the rest of you, but creek near the waterfall is a bit laggy for me, even on small player servers... Chinatown seems like it would be a nice one to have on, would limit the number of places a 203 can land because of all of the buildings. I think you'll see much more CQC style combat on that map, so lots of grenades around corners and shotguns or m4's.

Yeah, Chinatown is pretty good, and Broadcast is alright too. I'm not that big of a fan of Creek, but it's an interesting map.

I'm back from overseas and is great to read you guys again and also find new maps!
Unfortunately looks like steam is overloaded and is taking tooooo long to update and also my ping on Cain's server is awful but can play some HQ...

I'll try to get back more often to the page is just that I'm having a lot of work lately and some other stuff, so... hope to see you guys more often

After a few more rounds, as much as I wanna love creek it's just too unbalanced to be alot of fun. Spetnaz just pwns that map. It's really a shame too because it's the only good forest setting for the game.
