I think that if a person is talented enough to get say 20 kills w/o dying they should get a super perk instead of jus it scrolling you on a streak... what do you guys think would be good one?

No AC-130 for me... the heli is enough of a problem and you cant shoot down planes high in the air.
I'd much rather be allowed to drive a tank (probably those Troop carriers like in the SP countdown map) around in my next life because it is more fair to the defenseless soldiers who have to fight me..."If it can shoot you or be shot at you, destroy it" -AnonymousComment

Srsly tho - expanding on that more ammo/nades idea... perhaps if someone was able to get a 20 streak or something really high like that on your team... maybe a parachute drop of supplies. Say a plan parachutes a "cache" of ammo/nade reloads somewhere on the map for the duration of that round. Anyone on your team can go to it and reload if they need it.
That might also make things interesting if the enemy tries to go and defend it from your team, to keep you all from getting to it, and then that becomes the hot-spot of fighting.
