Well, what I ment was the admins can ban him at their discretion obviously, but since there's no name registration or anything it's not like you have "rights" to the name. The only thing you can really do is hope he gets the boot.

Can't say i've noticed a {CLR}ThatsLife playing. It's also very odd that someone would purposely take your game name too.
