I try and get atleast a hour a day or more in. I was playing the xmas version last night before i went to bed, woke up and was playing the reg server.

Right now, about 3 hours a week. Usually around 3 hours total for the weekend, with no time during the week.
This will soon change after Christmas and New Year's, though.

I try and grab an hour or so once the kids are in bed
But 1/2 of that time is spent just trying to get in at 9:00pm.....LOL
