Hard Core Mode

So... I guess when you are playing and you dont have a HUD or map you are in hard core mode. Is it just me or is this mode as one shot one kill as the early Rainbow 6 games. I watch my kill cams and I got taken down repeatedly by a hand gun by a guy on rooftop from so far away you can barely see the other guy. Way too frustrating for me.

Yeah, that is the feedback I'm getting on Hardcore too.... We will see..

Yeah, hardcore mode aims for more realism. A bullet or two will kill you, you have no crosshairs, you only have a map while a UAV is active, etc. As I've mentioned before, I find hardcore mode fun for a couple of rounds, but it would get plain frustrating if it were the only thing on a server...

I too played hardcore, and got owned alot. lol
It did make me a better player though.

It can be alot of fun, but waiting for the next round is boring.
2-3 rounds is all I can take. We wouldn't keep the server going
with hard core all the time. Too many people would leave.
