Juneau, not to go OT but there is a defragmentation program called diskeeper that actually works . I set it to run in the wee hours of the morning.

I use JKDefrag. By far the best free defragger i've used. I usually set it going at night.... but i forgot. I really need to get around to automating it.

I use Diskeeper too. I never have to run it at set times; it defrags when the system is idle...
