To back up Cain on this one. He studies which ones draw people in, and chooses which maps will keep the people. This really is his area. You can shout out some maps but some of them just aren't popular enough to keep the server full.
I also think he is coming back slowly. Remember he just had a faimly member pass away. So i would just give him some more time before we ask for alot of specifics .
