The links that EA provided too download the patch are bad and I was unable too patch BF 2142. The EA download manager does not have it.

What's so bad about it? Considering the server shuts down in a few days i'm wondering if there is any point in patching.

Anyways, my review of Highway Tampa:
Unbelievably huge... good luck with your tanks, because there is always a walker that comes racing at you rockets blazing and it takes you ten minutes to get from one base to the other in them.
Ive been freezing on it whenever I get in a transport.
Also, you gunships buggers need to watch out, your gunships are landed on the ground, easy pickins!
OK, someone needs to spend more time on the landscping of the Arabian Pennisula cause its bleak... just oil lines and the occasional rock farm (just lines of those upturned rocks from the other maps arranged in GRIDS! and lumpy ground every so often)
Right, there was one good thing... the sheer number of tanks can easily overwhelm anything you put on one of the silos or flags. Basically, thats the only guarrantee that youll live in an assault.
