I went to join the server this morning and while I was looking at something else I received a message from Origin saying "Download Complete" you may now play your game. - Any ideas what was updated?

However now I try to connect to the Lair it goes through the motions and couple seconds later - Connection failed - server is full. I've never see that before - it would put me in queue and then connect once there was a free space.

Make sure you don't have China Rising mod/maps selected to play.

That a new queue bug. You'll get it every now and then.

I wouldn't be surprised if Origin downloaded nothing. Mine recently said "China Rising failed to download", 2 days after I had installed it.

Got to admit, compared to a few weeks ago my game is much, much more stable. I was crashing every three rounds and sometimes up to 3 times per round. Now I can actually play all day without a hitch most of the time.

Agreed, it has slowly improved. Still crashing to often though (usually once every 5 or 6 rounds now). Still at 100% crash rate on shanghai though
