I just hopped in the server to test my crashing issues and set up my controls I can't even run around or hop in a vehicle. Is there a setting that will allow this?

I noticed this when i first fired the game up. I wanted to setup my controls and other settings so i hopped in a random empty server and quickly noticed that you cannot move until a certain amount of people are in the server.

Talk about making jumpstarting harder than it already is.

The server browser wants to see 8 players as the minimum start count on a 64-player server (server setting). Otherwise, Quick Match players won't find us. Seems like a design failure that we cannot free-play as in BC2.

Quick match will not see us because we are Hardcore....

Quick match only works with the most basic standard settings,
Killcam
FF OFF
Regen Health
Regen Vehicle Health
3D Spotting,
etc..
