Yes, the jackass asked me "Where do you live?" Which I was confused at first but answered "Texas." He said "Your preload release time is at 2:00PM." It's about an hour from now. So I plan on forgetting about it until tomorrow and contacting them again because I know for a fact I will not be emailed or let Preload.
