How will we or how can we increase CLR traffic

i read it mostly because its in a really annoying spot, but rarely do i answer, sometimes also use chat to get ammo, lol

It's in a really bad spot for this game. Admins in particular should be paying attention to it, but I rarely can even detect it's up, let alone read it. There's a reason why the vast majority of text chat areas are in the upper left.

I think the hardest thing for admins will be to keep the cursing down and language. Since it goes blank it will be hard to keep up with.
