Just started playing TF2 about 6 days ago at the recommendation of two of my good friends.
Both of my friends suggested I check out your TF2 servers, and I've found myself gravitating to your server anytime I see people on. It's been an enjoyable rush to learn TF2 and understand the underlying strategy and begin to become a good player.
Tonight I decided to sign up for your forums because I played with a number of people from CLR and they were all awesome players, hilarious, and good sports about winning and losing both.
About myself: 24 years old and getting married this summer, been an avid gamer since I was 6 years old. My specialty is RPG's, however I've been known to enjoy puzzle, adventure, and action games as well. I dabble in FPS games, but I've never really spent a lengthy amount of time with one, however I intend to play TF2 for quite a while as my new competitive game of choice. (My old competitive game of choice was DotA.) Also, I'm still an avid (read obsessive) player of WoW still, as I've played it since beta. I don't know if I'll ever be able to give up my WoW addiction :P
Anyways, thanks for being a great server and you all seem like awesome people. Look forward to hanging out with you guys on TF2 more and becoming a better FPS player because of it!
