    Being able to MAKE those COOL Animated GIFS

    You know those cool animated gifs where you can take scenes from movies or TV shows and make a short video clip out of it and loop it?

    I want to know how to MAKE those...anyone know?

    With a simple Google search I found:

    Don't know how well it works, but it looks like they have a video -> animated gif tool, and tutorials on how to use it.

      The only one I've ever used was one that came with my old Paint Shop Pro version 6 or 7. The latest Paint Shop Pro X2 since Corel bought the out has the Animation Shop removed. I guess they got greedy and wanted people to pay for it separately.
