% Win32: uses fmod 4.26.09 (stable, #300909)

Win32: reenabled double buffering for windows

- Rating was not displayed correctly (=> no .db file present)
- Credits now show up faster
- removed buffersize option

Bandwith depends on the station (stream quality) you're listening to.
You should be able to play / surf while using my app. It was designed to be kind to system resources.
