Man, I can't explain how nice it is to be able to play and not have a lock up due to the heating problem. I haven't had a computer lock up since I put these things in.

Ahhh, you had the older MSI 8800GT!
I bought the newer one (and now that I got my problems solved lol), it is pretty cool (pun intended lolz), doesn't go above 60 during high video tests

I've got the same vid card, but luckily haven't had any problems yet. What did you use to monitor your card's temps?

I use the NVMonitor tool. From the control panel, one of the options you can select on the left side under Performance is "Launch NVMonitor".
It has settings to monitor the GPU temps and I use the option "Enable Event Logging" to record them to a text file.[IMG]http://thepebkac.net/images/sigs/Outdoors_sig.jpg[/IMG]
