Okay, so I'm having difficulty DL the software for my zune.
Every time I DL the setup and run it, I get this error message.

"The ordinal 281 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll."
and with my level of pc knowledge, I just thought "wha?" (<--simple minded)
It seems that my PC is not reading zune at all. (What I think)

I have had my zune for quite some time, I had managed to dl
the zune software for it when I just got it for the first time. Until
I did a system restore just recently that now I have this problem.
I don't know what I did that made it work perfectly fine before,
but I'm just clueless now. (I'm terrible at keeping the manual...)

Hopefully for some out there who do have the zune, could you help
me out?

Don't have a Zune, but I bet out of the hosts of people having the exact same problem as you, at least one of them probably found the answer. This sounds like something very specific to that piece of hardware.

+1 also have you installed any new software? sounds like something overwrote a dll
