That's always looked like a massive gimmick to me. Stick to a simpe mouse design, there's less to go wrong. And with your luck with our peripheral friends, I'd say that is a must lol.

Lol, thats great advice, kind of like a friend telling to bail on some psycho chick just because she is hot. That mouse looks kind of sexy.

I will probably get the newer version of the G500, I like that you can unlock the mouse wheel and spin through long pages. The only thing I HATE about it is the braided chord, it's a PITA to fold up for packing.

Just ordered a g500s. They hanged the hardware (sensor) for this product update.

I had 3 logitech mice and none of them died so far.

I used an MX518 for years, and replaced it with a G9 around the time the G9x came out. I haven't had any problems...
