Windows 8 users here?

Is there anyone here that has the Windows 8 Release Preview installed?

If so could you please test if my radio app runs without issues?

Looks like we're all still running 7. I doubt i'll ever move to 8, even when it's retail.

Windows 8 looks like one giant social app. Not at all a real OS.

Poor MS .. I have heard nothing good about Win8 from numerous reviewers, and at some point you could dismiss some or even most as MS bashing from someone who has a bridge to burn, but not every single reviewer !!! It is universally panned before even being released.

Gris, I hope someone can help you out, but it looks to be slim pickings around here for Win8 users. I could build a Win8 rig for something to do if need be. Lord knows I have enough parts lying around.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother working worrying about it working on Win 8. It's a reshelled Win 7... it's just the UI that's getting changed.

I use XP on both my rigs with Vista Transformation UI..

Its kinda a poor mans setup, but it works!

There is no reason for me to pick up Win 8. Probably, because I'm too much a computer nerd myself.

I'm in the process of adding my player to a few download sites such as:
Download Pocket Radio Player 290612 Free - A Shoutcast compatible internet radio player - Softpedia

Some of them want to know if it's compatible with it. That's why I asked here. It "should" be. MS mostly works on the GUI. And important fixes such as renaming the "windows explorer" to "file explorer".
