I have been taking a couple of screen shots using fraps. The are coming out to large to post on the lair. I can't find a setting to reduce the size in fraps. Is there something I am missing or another program to work with?

The screenshots are the same resolution as the game you play. I'm assuming they are 1920x1050 and you have to resize them yourself. -
everytime i do that with paint it is unreadable. Or at least I am not srunching it down to the proper points to post.
Come on someone has to have an easy solution to this. Unless Sirex can give me the ablilty to post larger screen shots.Comment

Solution 1: Upload to host (Photobucket, imageshack, tinypic) and link here
Solution 2: Open Paint, Resize by 40% and then save
