Also, you have to look at data mining. There's companies that will pay a lot of money to get facts about who's using Skype from where and when. Plus god knows what else I'm not even thinking of.
Beyond that, you have add revenue. I haven't used Skype in a while, so I can't remember if it's included, but even a tiny add box like AIM has can probably be worth millions upon millions in add revenue.
