How to make one program run as an admin?

Alright my little brother is playing a mmorpg where he needs to be an admin to install updates. Im wondering if there is a way to make a single program to run as an admin without having to do....
    rightclick>run as admin>enter password.

I figure there must be a way even if it involves scripting..

Any help is greatly appreciated and pictures will be incredibly helpful if you can....

I wrote a vb.net program several years ago that would do this. I wrote it for the same reason you state... so the kids could launch games as an admin. I'll see if I can dig it up from my archive tomorrow.

Another way of doing this, a bit more cumbersome but it works.

Set a scheduled task that launches the exe, set it to run under an admin account (don't need to actually set a schedule, leave it as manual). Give little pro permissions to run this task... he can right-click it to run it and it will launch under the admin account you set.
