What are your temps at load? The new CPUs are cooler then what you are used to but they get warm when you kick in 8 threads of prime with HT enabled.Originally posted by K PhaNTOM View Post

I didn't really load it yet, or maybe ever. But when Microsoft did the testing thing it reached about 34C, but MS goes easy on components. Realtemp measures the temperture from the Die Sensor (actual temperature). The temperature reading in the BIOS is from elsewhere in the chip. Probably the IHS.
