Between 5PM-12AM my ping is usually too high to play due to my crappy ISP. When I complain, they don't understand what a 'ping' is nor my problem.. I hate telecommunication companies in the North.

Meh, i pay 40 bucks for 12Mbs from comcast yet my download is only 116KBs. Their excuse? None. I would pay for their 70 bucks package but that probably will add 20KBs lol

I should call em up one day and tell them that not all internet users are idiots.

Similar to me except i get slightly more download and slightly less upload.

I went with Comcast business at our new house because DSL would have halved my DL speed and cut my U/L speed by a third. It's 60 bucks a month I get a static IP cause I run a server. The speed I'm supposed to get is 6 MB down and 1MB up. When I tested at various times what I get is 2.5MB up and 5.5MB down. Which I'm ok with. The best part is when I called the dude and said I want the business package they said "Sir that address is a residence" and I just said uh oh I run a business outta my house. They asked me for the business name which I made up on the spot and then they're like ok everything is fine. Makes me wonder why they bother.
