Games with 16:9 support?

Just got myself a new TFT...


Do you know good games that look awesome at 1900x1080?

Borderlands runs well for instance.

Valve games most all run 16:9 - I'm positive L4D2 does, and I do believe so does any game running from the HL2 engine (TF2 and all source games)

Yes it dose mate I play all game in 1920x1080

Pretty much all games that come out now have support for 16:10 monitors. I run everything in 1680x1050. Some older games don't . For BF2, I had to used a command line switch to set the resolution.

Do note that 16:10 is widescreen computer resolution, he has a 16:9 which would be the same ratio as true 1080p.

1680x1050 is 16:10
1920x1080 is 16:9 (1080p)

Wow, thanks a lot for this list.

I only have a cheap monitor ~$200 for 24", but it's great so far.

Don't own L4D2 yet, might grab it for a few bucks though...
