I don't see what all the fuss was about. I just helped my wife buy a laptop and it was extremely hard to get her not to go with the MacBook pro for $2400.00 because of it's image. My wife is no bimbo either she manages 4 mental programs at a large medical facility around here and is climbing the corporate ladder. The thing is that women are different and marketing products to them is a good idea. I also find that the women that complain about these thing usually have at least twice the amount of body hair that I do.

I'm not quite sure how to take that .. I'll just leave it up to the imagination of the reader and hope you are quite a hirsute fellow.I also find that the women that complain about these thing usually have at least twice the amount of body hair that I do.
Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

I have to agree. Dell is testing the waters based on initial consumer analysis. They are feeling the economic crunch like everyone else. Allow them to think outside of the box. For the women who feel offended by the site, quit going to itOriginally posted by Duke{CLR} View PostI don't see what all the fuss was about. Well, for those of us that actually date women, we can definitely vouch for the fact that women don't like their insecurities to be so honestly acknowledged.
I'm going to just point out the fact that "no" sometimes means "yes" and that "help" mostly means "listen to me and feel sorry for my struggles" rather than "get in here and fix this".
Equality doesnt really mean equal either, and sometimes it means "you are doing it wrong so just let me do it" which roughly translates into "get the hell out of the kitchen before I revoke your bedroom priviledges."
While the idea has merit, I think that many people who had lost most of the things that they had to complain about when Obama was elected, are on the edge of their seats looking for a "cry of tyranny" since BHO can do no wrong.
Therefore, it isnt surprising that people who have nothing better to do than sniff for bias, prejudice, and racism jumped on this so hard that they all broke their ankles on something smaller than a caterpillar.
Money makes the world go round, and I happen to know more than 20 women who work in my office that were stoked and then upset about this website- not because they realized that it was cliche or etc, but because some loudmouths with nothing better to do decided to attack a nice thing that they actually loved.
So there- thats my opinion. There is no problem. The problem is the people who had a problem, nothing more.
