Save the money... Hand to Butt works best. If that doesn't work... a little baking soda on the tongue. Gotta break'em when they are young.

That used to work...but now the kids know it's "abuse" if the parents give them a paddling, and will press charges for it...My guess is the parents know that, so they sent the kid to the school as a last ditch effort to get him to grow up.
