What are your other available resources, and what is your expected Best Buy GC yield for Christmas?
If I got a card for that amount now, I would either a) save it and add Xmas cards to it for something better (or just MORE STUFF), and b) use it here and there for new releases. Fallout 3 is coming up soon...

Before you save it check out Best Buy's policy on Gift Cards. Some places charge interest and penalties if they are not used by a certain time.
