All the idiocy involved with the Beijing games was bad enough, not to mention past games where they're pulled stupid stunts. Looking at it that way, I guess this is just par for the course, but honestly, someone needs to take a 2x4 to the collective backs of their heads.

Yep I'm totally with you on this... You should see that in the UK the IOS has gotten a special law passed. The law makes it illegal to say things like summer games, gold and olympics....
