I didn't see the original post. I'm always looking for gifts for my father who has numerous guns. He helps run a gun club and help organize in some kind of competition shooting. He has an AR 15 and I'm pretty sure that his case is lame. I will check out this company and maybe I can get him a new one.

I highly recommend Pelican. I first noticed they're products while scuba diving...They make very rugged cases for expensive dive cameras, laptops, and firearms. The one for my Rem will float with my rifle in it and is air tight. It has wheels, two handles, and two beef tabs for locks.Comment

The Army uses pelican cases quite a bit these days, and are excellent products.
