I have always stayed away from Fast Foods.. They are very bad for you and your health. There are these Food shows Ive watched on food and how they are grown and servered to us.. If you ever have the time look for them ,very good with lots of info on nutrition and fitness its call "The Truth about Food"

Licence to Grill kicks ass! I miss Anthony Bordaine from a Cook's Tour the most on the food network. He has a show on the travel network but I always miss it.
