    All of those look like they could be painted for the Dark Tower series by Stephen King.

        "Astronomer by Candlelight" by Gerrit Dou. I go to the Getty alot just to look at this painting in person.

          Most of my work was influenced from Alfred Maurer's painting style with Charles Sheeler's subject matter...so got to put those two at the top.
